Return and Refund
We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to return the product. Items which have reduced selling price are considered as sale items and which are sold at full price are considered non-sale (fresh) items.
Please note that the below features will not be considered defective:
1. Slight variation in design & colour from that shown in the picture.
2. Minor stitching issues
3. Minor dye bleeds
Reasons For Return/Exchange:
1. Size Issue: Incase of size issues, you can return the product within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
2. Defect / Damaged Goods/Wrong product: Incase you receive defect /damaged or a wrong product, you will need to provide us the pictures of the product and share it when you are placing a return request. The return request needs to be placed within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
Once we have received the return product and verified the reason of return, refund will be credited back to the source account within two working days.
At Decaso, each product is quality checked, verified, and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen.
Sale of clearance sale items as defined are final and will not be returned.
Do not like the product / Product not as per the picture shown:
We understand that in some cases, you may not like the product you have received or feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that. However, we have a strict 'NO RETURN' policy in such cases.
